OUR PURPOSE“Kanaph” is the border of the Tallit (Prayer Shawl) used to cover a Pastor or Leader in Prayer. It is a place of refuge, a place to be recreated through Intercession. We recognize the need for Pastors and Leaders to be covered in intense Intercession.
Our goal is to spread our skirt of intercession that will establish a spiritual covenant relationship with leadership. Our aim is to become one of the birthing grounds that will cultivate Leaders to another level of fulfillment towards his or her destiny.
Kanaph (kaw-nawf') is an edge or extremity; a wing, (of a garment or bed-clothing) a flap, border, corner, feather, overspreading, skirt.

Ruth 3:7-9 After Bo'az was through eating and drinking and was feeling good, he went to lie down at the end of the pile of grain. She stole in, uncovered his feet and lay down. In the middle of the night the man was startled and turned over, and - there was a woman lying at his feet! “spread your covering over your maid, for you are a close relative

Covenant Partnership : A tenth of the Tithe
BECOMING A COVENANT PARTNER:
You must be a Leader of a ministry.
You must submit the ministry’s vision statement.
You must submit a tithe from the Leader’s Ministry.
Tithing is far more than financial support. It is about commitment, accountability and it is biblically based in the Word of G-D.
The L-RD instructed the Priest (Aharon and his sons) to pay a tithe to their father the High Priest from the tithe they received from the people.
Numbers 18:20 -32… ADONAI said to Moshe, 26 "Tell the L'vi'im, (Levi)When you take from the people of Isra'el the tenth of the produce which I have given you from them as your inheritance, you are to set asidefrom it a gift for ADONAI, one tenth of the tenth…28 In this way you will set aside a gift for ADONAI from all your tenths that you receive from the people of Isra'el, and from these tenths you are to give to Aharon the cohen the gift set aside for ADONAI.
There are several types of tithes defined in the word of G-D.
Storehouse Tithe
Malachi 3:8-10… Bring the whole tenth into the storehouse, so that there will be food in my house, and put me to the test," says ADONAI-Tzva'ot. "See if I won't open for you the floodgates of heaven and pour out for you a blessing far beyond your needs. …
The Storehouse was a chamber created in Solomon’s Temple to store food for the poor. The storehouse distributed food to the poor.Solomon asked for those who were able to replenish the chamber to do so for those who are in need of food. Storehouses today are the places where Spiritual food is provided for the Body of the Messiah (Christ). The L-RD said to bring 10% of your earnings so that it is invested into the storehouse and He will be the one to replenish it.
“Maaser” means “a tenth”.It is derived from the Hebrew word “Eser” (EH-sehr) which means ten.As a rule, it refers to donating ten percent of whatever to whomever.
Maaser Rishon – First Tithe
The Maaser Rishon is Hebrew for the first tithe. The people gave this first tithe to the Levities. The Levites today represent Pastor’s Ministers and Leaders.
Maaser Sheni – Second Tithe
The Maaser Sheni is Hebrew for the second tithe. This second tithe was the livelihood of the Levites that served at the Temple.
Deuteronomy 14:22-25, 27 "Every year you must take one tenth of everything your seed produces in the field, 23 and eat it in the presence of ADONAI your God. In the place where he chooses to have his name live you will eat the tenth of your grain, new wine and olive oil, and the firstborn of your cattle and sheep, so that you will learn to fear ADONAI your God always. But if the distance is too great for you, so that you are unable to transport it, because the place where ADONAI chooses to put his name is too far away from you; then, when ADONAI your God prospers you, you are to convert it into money, take the money with you, go to the place which ADONAI your God will choose,…
Deuteronomy 14: 27"But don't neglect the Levi staying with you, because he has no share or inheritance like yours(you can pay tithe to your leader, your pastor, minister)
Maaser ANI – Poor Tithe
This tithe is specifically given to the poor. Those who have little or no wealth, a few or no possessions or lack in financial or other resources receive this tithe.
Deuteronomy 14:28-29 At the end of every three years you are to take all the tenths of your produce from that year and store it in your towns. (TLB) ……to use your entire tithe for local welfare programs: Then the Levi, because he has no share or inheritance like yours, along with the foreigner, the orphan and the widow living in your towns, will come, eat and be satisfied - so that ADONAI your God will bless you in everything your hands produce.
OFFERING & TITHE
Terumah (ter-oo-maw') is a Hebrew word, originally meaning lifted apart, but has been translated as donation in Modern Hebrew. It is can refer to the specific type of sacrificial tithe called a heave offering.
At a Yeshiva (Torah school) students receive the “Terumah” as a form of charity to purchase books for studying the Torah.
Deuteronomy 15:7-8 one among you is needy, one of your brothers, in any of your towns in your land which ADONAI your God is giving you, you are not to harden your heart or shut your hand from giving to your needy brother. No, you must open your hand to him and lend him enough to meet his need and enable him to obtain what he wants.
